Yoga Sudarshan offers comprehensive counselling sessions designed to promote holistic health and well-being. Our experienced counsellors provide personalized guidance and support to help individuals address a range of physical and mental health concerns.

Physical Health Counselling

Disease reversal such as how to eliminate diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid, knee and joint pain, back pain, etc. 

Mental Health Counselling

Mind energy healing to cure in depression, corporate stress, clinical anxiety, lifestyle stressors, etc.

Pranayama & Meditation

mind calmness, goal achievement, increase daily life productivity, stay positive and dedicated, etc.

A Counselling Plan includes
2 sessions each 1-hour duration

Session 1: Week 1 including the following steps:

  • Assessment & Evaluation
  • Education & Awareness
  • Empowerment & Self management
  • Goal Setting

Session 2: Week 2 including the following steps:

  • Revaluation of performance
  • Follow-up & monitoring
  • Long-term goal setting
  • Final To-do & not-to-do list on the basis of overall performance & evaluation.
